Good Morning + Good Night Family Pack

What this helps you do

Start and end the day with two tiny moments of prayer.

How to use it

1. Choose a morning routine and a bedtime routine that already happen most days.
2. Place each sticker somewhere you’ll naturally see it during the routine.
3. Build an association between seeing the sticker and praying “Good morning, Jesus!” or “Good night, Jesus!”
4. Let your children see you do it—and invite them to join when they’re ready.
5. Miss a day? Start again.
