Welcome to Six Days Catholic Goods. These Terms of Service govern your use of the Six Days Catholic Goods website and your purchase of products from us. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Six Days Catholic Goods

Six Days Catholic Goods is operated by Six Days Catholic Goods LLC (“Six Days,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

We create and sell Catholic goods and resources designed to support families in incorporating their faith into ordinary life.

2. Products

We make reasonable efforts to describe and photograph our products accurately. Because many of our products are handmade or produced in small batches, minor variations in appearance, color, texture, dimensions, or finish may occur.

Product images are intended to represent the products but may vary slightly depending on your device, display, materials, or production batch.

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit the availability of products at any time.

3. Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

An order confirmation means that we have received your order; it does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted or that the product is available.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, inaccurate pricing or product information, inventory errors, or other circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will refund the amount paid for the canceled portion of the order.

4. Pricing and Errors

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate pricing and product information. However, errors may occasionally occur.

If a product is listed with an incorrect price or other significant error, we reserve the right to correct the error and, where appropriate, cancel the affected order and refund any payment received.

5. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within one (1) hour of being placed.

After one hour, you may contact us at hello@sixdayscatholic.com to request cancellation. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate cancellation requests received before an order ships, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed once an order is being prepared or has shipped.

6. Returns and Refunds

Six Days Catholic Goods has a no-return policy. Products shipped to you should be kept and should not be returned without prior authorization.

If there is a problem with your order, including missing or damaged products, contact hello@sixdayscatholic.com within one (1) week after delivery with your order number and relevant information or photographs.

We will evaluate the situation and determine an appropriate resolution on a case-by-case basis. Depending on the circumstances, we may provide a replacement, refund, store credit, additional product, or another appropriate resolution.

No particular remedy is guaranteed unless required by applicable law.

7. Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship to the United States using USPS.

Free shipping is available on most orders according to the shipping rates displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times are estimates rather than guarantees. Delays may occur because of postal service conditions, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or circumstances outside our control.

If your order has not been delivered within the timeframe stated in our Shipping Policy, contact hello@sixdayscatholic.com so that we can evaluate the situation.

Please make sure your shipping address is accurate before submitting your order. We are not responsible for delays or delivery problems caused by an incorrect address provided by the customer.

8. Product Use and Safety

Our products are intended for their described purposes and should be used according to the instructions provided with the product.

Some products may contain small parts and may not be appropriate for young children without adult supervision. Parents and caregivers are responsible for determining whether a product is appropriate for a particular child and for supervising its use when appropriate.

Our products are not intended to replace parental judgment, supervision, religious instruction, professional advice, or any other form of care.

9. Intellectual Property

All original content on this website, including photographs, artwork, illustrations, product designs, written content, graphics, logos, branding, and other materials, belongs to Six Days Catholic Goods or is used with permission.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, publish, or commercially use our content, artwork, designs, or products without our prior written permission.

Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of the underlying artwork, design, or intellectual property.

10. User Submissions

If you voluntarily submit photographs, reviews, testimonials, comments, or other content to Six Days Catholic Goods, you grant us permission to use, reproduce, and display that content for purposes related to operating and promoting Six Days Catholic Goods, unless otherwise agreed with you.

We will not knowingly use your private information for promotional purposes without appropriate permission.

You are responsible for ensuring that content you submit does not violate another person’s rights.

We make reasonable efforts to keep the information on this website accurate and current, but we do not guarantee that all information will always be complete, accurate, or free from errors.

We may update, change, or remove website content at any time.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability relating to a particular order or product will not exceed the amount you paid for that order or product.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Six Days Catholic Goods and its owners, employees, contractors, and agents from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising from your misuse of our website or products, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of another person’s rights.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be handled in a court of competent jurisdiction as permitted by applicable law.
